The Web Speed Hackathon is a hackathon in which participants compete to improve the performance of a web application that has been prepared in advance.
The main focus of the hackathon is tuning related to web technologies (front-end and Node.js). Participants will compete to see how much they can speed up a service that takes a long time to display.
The subject matter was a “fictional manga website”.

Technical Award at the 2nd KCL Pitch Contest
The 2nd KCL Pitch Contest was held on March 16, 2023, at the Tobata Campus of Kyushu Institute of Technology. KCL (Kyutech Code LAB) is a collaborative project between academia and industry aimed at fostering "engineers who can solve societal problems with IT."
During the presentations, the judges evaluated "presentation skills," "quality of the materials," and "the novelty of the presentation ideas." Eleven teams participated in this contest, and Iwasaki and Fujimura from Kyushu Institute of Technology won the Technical Award.

Fukuoka IT Startup Business Awards 2023
On February 7, 2023, the Fukuoka IT Startup Business Awards 2023 were held at the fabbit Global Gateway "ACROS Fukuoka," and my team "Iwamura Market" made a presentation and won the Excellence Award in the student category.
The Fukuoka IT Startup Business Awards is an open judging competition aimed at supporting the development of products and services aimed at the global market in the IT field. 13 teams made presentations, including 10 teams that passed the preliminary screening and 3 teams nominated in the collaboration contest.
